  • The selection criteria will be based on a number of factors not only academic performance. Corporate volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in the selection process.

  • The programme pairs corporate volunteers with one of our students.

  • The objective is to inspire and mentor young minds to take action in their own lives, and to build capacity and encourage skills development and further education.

  • The programme will build Global Citizens and young leaders that will pioneer youth-led social change in their communities.

  • Each participating student will also be expected to ‘pay-it-forward’ by in turn mentoring other students and learners in their own circles and networks.

  • Students will be provided with data and tablets to enable What’s App and Zoom sessions with their mentors.

  • Learners will be asked to keep a Gratitude Diary and tasked with reporting on their sessions on a monthly basis.
